Somaliland separation with Somalia is permanent and not subject of negotiation any more as the agony of the past will never evaporate the memory of Somaliland people

The sovereignty of Somaliland people is not subject of negotiation any more. Only those can understand the meaning of independence that were once caged or captured by someone against their will. Freedom is something that should be a birth right. Somaliland has reclaimed its independence on 18 of May, 1991 after long struggle to freedom. Somaliland cities and towns were destroyed by dictatorship regime. Somaliland people was ruled by dictatorship system almost a decade. Our independence is achieved at the cost of 100, 000 lives. The great revolution in the history of man, past, present and future is the revolution of those determined to be free- John F. Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. And so we must straighten our backs and work for our freedom. Consistent victory is in the difference between people who practice till they get in right and those who practice till they can’t get it wrong. Victory is reserved for those who are willing to pay the price, the harder the battle the sweeter the victory, winning is not everything, but wanting to win is and everything lies in your mind. Victory is next to hard struggle. For every great victory, there was struggle like SNM liberation struggle which was the foundation of Somaliland independence.

Victory only comes to those who want it the most, so be the one to want it the most and you surely will always get it. Victory is earned to those who struggle and never lose hope to win. Victory is always possible for the person who refuses to stop struggling.
